Refund policy
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color or model, we offer a free exchange.
The following return periods apply for returns or exchanges:
30 days from receipt
If you wish to request a refund, you can use our return label, which costs DKK 39. The amount will be deducted from the amount we refund to you. If you use the return label for an exchange, it is free of charge.
You can find the return label by creating your return via our website. Note: Our return service does not cover Greenland and the Faroe Islands - here you are responsible for the return shipment yourself.
Alternatively, you can return the item yourself. In that case, you pay for the shipping yourself and are responsible for ensuring that the item is properly packaged and arrives safely. Remember to save the receipt from the shipping company as documentation.
Once we have received and reviewed your return, and everything meets the return requirements, we will refund the purchase amount (minus 39 DKK, if you used our return label).
The refund will be made to the card or payment method you used for the purchase. Please note that it may take up to 14 days for the money to be back in your account. If the item does not meet the conditions for return, we will contact you by email.
Defective goods
We do our best to ensure that the products we send are in perfect condition. If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we would like to hear from you within 7 days of receipt. Send us an email at info@koppelcopenhagen.com with your order number and pictures of the problem as well as a short description of the complaint, so that we can help you quickly.

Please note! We do not accept parcels sent by cash on delivery or with collection at a parcel shop.
Complaints
If you experience a defective product, your rights are covered by the Danish Sales Act. However, we reserve the right to reject complaints if the product has not been treated correctly according to the enclosed instructions. This applies in particular to products with sewn-on parts such as buttons or delicate materials such as knitwear and silk. A complaint will not be accepted if the product does not meet your expectations in terms of fit, material, color or quality.
You have a 2-year right of complaint from the date you received your product. If you wish to make a complaint, you must contact us within this period. If you do not do so, your right to complain will expire unless we have provided an extended warranty.
If you are dissatisfied with our handling of a complaint, you can submit a complaint to the Center for Complaints Resolution, Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, DK-8800 Viborg. If you are resident outside Denmark, you can complain via the EU Commission's online complaint portal: http://ec.europa.eu/odr

Force majeure – when something is beyond our control
At KOPPEL Copenhagen we do our best to comply with all agreements and deliver your order on time. However, situations may arise that we have no control over – e.g. natural disasters, war, strikes, pandemics, technical breakdowns, hacker attacks or government intervention. In such cases – called force majeure – we unfortunately cannot be held liable for delays or non-delivery. As long as such conditions persist, we are exempt from our obligations under our terms and conditions.
