Terms & Conditions
Before placing an order, we recommend taking a moment to read our terms and conditions, as they may change from time to time. By confirming your purchase, you agree to these terms. Once your order has been placed successfully, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Please double-check that all personal information – such as name, email, and delivery address – is accurate to ensure a smooth delivery process.
Ordering from KOPPEL Copenhagen
Our webshop is open 24/7, every day of the year. In rare cases, the site may be temporarily down for maintenance, which we always aim to carry out during nighttime to minimize disruption.
If you place an order during a weekend or Danish public holiday, we’ll begin processing it the following business day.
Your order will only be approved once your payment details are confirmed, and we have no reason to believe that our terms and conditions have been violated. We reserve the right to cancel an order – fully or partially – under the following circumstances:
- If your payment information is incorrect or cannot be verified
- If a technical issue occurs on the website (e.g. payment processing errors)
- If we suspect fraud, criminal activity, or if you are under the age of 18
If an item is out of stock, we may need to cancel all or part of your order. If this happens, we will ship the remaining items whenever possible.
Shipping & Delivery
At KOPPEL Copenhagen, we strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Typically, orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Shipping destinations:
We offer free shipping to addresses within Denmark. For international shipping, please contact our customer service if you do not find requested destination at check out, please also see check out for availability and rates.
Shipping methods and delivery times:
- Standard shipping (within Denmark): 1-3 business days
- Standard shipping (International) 2–5 business days
- Express shipping options may be available during checkout.
Shipping costs:
Shipping fees are calculated based on the delivery method and destination and will be clearly shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Order tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number, so you can follow your package’s progress.
Delays:
While we aim to deliver on time, unforeseen circumstances such as weather, customs delays, or courier issues may cause delivery delays. We appreciate your patience and will keep you informed if such delays occur.
Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love your purchase from KOPPEL Copenhagen. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return your order within 14 days of receiving your package.
How to return:
- Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
- Please make a return on our webshop to initiate a return and receive the return instructions.
- Please note that customized shirts with embroideries can’t be returned.
Return shipping costs:
Return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refund process:
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.
- Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges:
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the unwanted item and place a new order.
Faulty or Damaged Items
We take great care to ensure that every product we ship is in perfect condition. If you receive an item that is damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Email us at hello@koppelcph.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos documenting the problem so we can assist you quickly.

Please note: We do not accept packages sent as cash on delivery (COD) or to pick-up parcel shops.
Complaints
Your rights are protected under Danish consumer law. However, we reserve the right to reject complaints if the item has not been handled correctly according to the provided care instructions. This is especially relevant for garments with sewn elements such as buttons or delicate materials like knitwear and silk.
A complaint will not be accepted if the product simply does not meet your expectations in terms of fit, fabric, color, or general quality.
You have 2 years from the date of delivery to file a complaint. If you do not contact us within this period, your right to complain will expire unless an extended warranty has been explicitly granted.
If you are not satisfied with how your complaint has been handled, you can submit a formal complaint to:

Force Majeure – When Events Are Beyond Our Control
At KOPPEL Copenhagen, we strive to fulfill all agreements and deliver your order on time. However, there may be circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, war, strikes, pandemics, technical failures, cyberattacks, or governmental actions. In such cases — known as force majeure — we cannot be held responsible for delays or failure to deliver. During these events, we are temporarily released from our contractual obligations.
