Shipping policy

If you order before 3:00 PM, we will usually pack and ship your order the same day – all year round, 365 days. However, this does not apply to items with monograms, where the delivery time is 7-10 days. The delivery time to Danish addresses is typically 1-3 business days from the date of shipment. We ship with your desired distributor, and all items are delivered as long as stock lasts.

Uncollected packages

If a package is not collected before the carrier's deadline and returned to us, we will charge an administration fee of DKK 50. This covers our handling costs and applies regardless of whether you want the package resent or the money refunded.

Changing or canceling your order

You can change your order by contacting us at hello@koppelcopenhagen.com if the order has not been packed or shipped from our warehouse.

Prices and payment

All our prices on koppelcopenhagen.com are stated in Danish kroner (DKK) and include VAT. Embroidery and any shipping costs are added at checkout. The total amount you authorize at checkout is the amount we will deduct from your account – and only when the order has been processed and shipped.

Your delivery costs vary depending on which delivery method you choose when placing your order. You will be informed of the delivery costs before you complete your order. Free shipping is offered to GLS Pakkeshop in Denmark for purchases over 599 DKK. KOPPEL Copenhagen ships all packages with a trackable package number.

Are you shopping from a country outside the EU?

If your delivery is to a country outside the EU, customs and import duties may be imposed when the package arrives. These costs are your responsibility as a customer. As the rules vary from country to country, we recommend that you contact your local customs office for more information.
